the delivery cost is up to weight of package.it consists of two parts,cost of first 500g,and cost of addtional 500g.Suppose c denotes cost, w denotes weight of package, cf denotes cost of first 500g, ca denotes cost of addtional 500g.then the cost c can calculated as below:
                       if w<=500g,c=cf.
                       if w>500g,c=cf+ca*[(w-500)/500],
where [ ] denotes top integral funtion. for example, [0.1]=1,[0.9]=1,[1.0]=1,[1.1]=2.[1.9]=2,etc

taking a example to deliver to USA, cf=240,ca=75.the currency is CNY(1USD=6.5CNY)
if 0<w<=500g,c=cf=240CNY=240/6.5 USD=36.9USD
if 501<w<=1000g,c=cf+ca*[(w-500)/500]=240+75*1=315CNY=315/6.5 USD=48.5USD
if 1001<w<=1500g,c=cf+ca*[(w-500)/500]=240+75*2=390CNY=390/6.5 USD=60.0USD
if 1501<w<=2000g,c=cf+ca*[(w-500)/500]=240+75*3=465CNY=465/6.5 USD=71.5USD

if 501<w<=1000g,c=48.5USD,average delivery cost is 24.8USD per 500g.
if 1001<w<=1500g,c=60.0USD,average delivery cost is 20USD per 500g.
if 1501<w<=2000g,c=71.5USD,average delivery cost is 17.9USD per 500g.

so MOQ=10,the average delivery cost will be low enough.
