Returning Policy

Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Please read the description and ask any questions before purchasing. When you receive your item be sure to follow the directions in any manuals and to check your item within 72hrs of delivery. If you do wish to return the item please follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

1)Email us within 72 hours with a detailed description of the reason for return. If the item is defective, please detail the exact problem and any troubleshooting steps you have taken.

2)The item must be sent out within 3 days after received.

3)Items must be returned in the same condition as it is received with all accessories.
Obviously used, or missing accessories will be cause for denies of refund or restocking fee.

4)Defective item - we will refund the item cost .
If an item is not found to be defective we will refund minus shipping and a 30% restocking fee.

5)Non-defective items - we will refund the item minus shipping and a 50% restocking fee.

Customer should know :

1. You must use EMS or registered mail to send back the defective products. (There won't be customs problems and no need to pay tax.)
We will have problems if you send the package with TNT, FEDEX, DHL or UPS. If the package is detained by customs, or any tax occures, we can not take responsibility.

2. You must write the problem of the defective product clearly together with your email address. Please remember the IMEII number of your phone.
